Shocking Attempts To Hide Critical Information Revealed

In yet another twist to the ongoing saga of Hunter Biden’s legal troubles, Delaware Judge Maryellen Noreika has issued a stern warning to Biden’s legal team. The judge threatened them with sanctions over allegations of improper conduct related to the IRS whistleblowers’ information in the criminal case.

According to court documents, Hunter Biden’s counsel is accused of circumventing proper court procedures to have sensitive information about IRS whistleblowers removed from the docket. The lawyer in question, identified as Ms. Jessica Bengels, allegedly misrepresented her identity while requesting the clerk’s office to seal the amicus materials instead of following the correct formal process.

“The Court has discussed the matter with the relevant individuals in the Clerk’s Office and has been informed that the caller, Ms. Jessica Bengels, represented that she worked with Mr. Kittila and requested the amicus materials be taken down because they contained sensitive grand jury, taxpayer, and social security information,” the court order stated.

This attempt to allegedly manipulate the court proceedings has not gone unnoticed, and Judge Noreika has given Biden’s legal team until 9 p.m. on Tuesday to provide an explanation for their actions. Should they fail to provide a satisfactory explanation, the document in question will be unsealed, revealing its contents to the public.

In a letter obtained by Fox News, Biden’s legal team maintains that there was no misrepresentation and that the misunderstanding arose from an “unfortunate and unintentional miscommunication” between a staff member at their firm and the Court’s employees. They firmly deny any intentional wrongdoing and hope their attached declaration will clear up any doubts regarding their credibility.

It’s worth noting that Hunter Biden is already facing legal troubles, pleading guilty to two misdemeanor counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax. The charges are related to his failure to pay more than $100,000 in taxes on earnings exceeding $1.5 million in 2017 and 2018.

As this case unfolds, it becomes increasingly difficult for Biden to maintain his previous claims of having no knowledge of his son’s business dealings. The situation is garnering significant attention, and we will continue to follow the developments closely.
